Meet Lotika

Lotika Paintal, Realtor, Keller Williams Realty Boston North West

Personable, dedicated and sharp, Lotika loves working with clients to meet their Real Estate Needs. She is fluent in three languages (English, French and Hindi) and is particularly effective interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. She uses her negotiation skills on behalf of her clients and loves to celebrate their success in accomplishing what is often a very significant transaction of their life.

Having lived on three different continents and studied and worked in many countries – France, Norway, Denmark, Canada and India – she understands and appreciates the emotions and challenges of selling a home, relocating and starting anew. Plus, having spent nearly twenty years in Lexington and a few years in Cambridge she has a good understanding of the pulls and pushes of suburban life, schools and commutes in the greater Boston area.

Lotika is very thorough and keeps herself well informed on all aspects of the real estate transaction, to give her clients the edge they require in today’s competitive market. She has two Master’s degrees, one from Harvard University with an emphasis on International Development and Negotiation and the other in Intercultural Relations, from Lesley University. She also has a BSc in Molecular Biology from the Sorbonne in France.

Before Real Estate, Lotika spent twenty years in the not-for-profit sector, working on poverty alleviation. She is passionate about addressing disparities, particularly the lack of access to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Education (WASH) for those most vulnerable. She has worked tirelessly on this global crisis for the last ten years, and even started her own nonprofit Water Centric to address it.

Lotika loves long bicycle rides in beautiful New England. She has ridden multiple times for the Pan Mass Challenge – 192 Miles over two days – to raise funds for cancer research for the Dana Farber. She is also a keen Duplicate Bridge player and Sailor. Lotika is a member of the International Rotary Club and has served on the board of the Lexington Education Foundation.
